Matcha
We serve premium Uji matcha, sourced from Japan, known for its deep green hue, smooth flavor, and centuries-old tradition. Each cup is carefully whisked to bring you a pure, balanced, and elevated matcha experience. We chose a bolder matcha to really keep it from being lost in latte form. The beautiful colour is testament to its deliciousness.
Homemade
Everything!
We make almost everything in-house, from our syrups and sauces to toppings and snacks. Using real, whole ingredients, we craft each element with care to keep things fresh, flavorful, and free from shortcuts. Every detail is intentional, and every bite or sip tastes like it. We love to experiment and try new things as well so keep an eye our for our seasonal specialties!
Extensive Market & Product Research
We traveled to Japan, explored the tea-town where our matcha comes from: Uji, and taste-tested countless matcha brands to find the one that met our standards for quality, flavor, and authenticity. Our menu is the result of deep product research, hands-on experiences, and a real passion for getting the perfect cup.
